Q: Who uses Corporate Housing Accommodations?
A: Corporate Housing accommodations are ideal for Business Travelers on temporary assignments, Tourists or anyone else needing extended stay for 30 days or longer.

Q: Why choose Corporate Housing over a Hotel?
A: Our fully furnished apartments are an incredible value over a hotel room. There is also more living space in our apartments, with a separate kitchen and bedroom areas, providing you a feeling of “home” atmosphere.

Q: What is included in your furnished apartments?
A:

Our package includes, a fully furnished apartment plus all basic utilities: electricity, basic cable, water, local phone service and many of our South Florida Communities, offer fitness and business centers, tennis courts and swimming pools.

Weekly and Bi-Weekly housekeeping service is optional and is available upon request and can be included in the rate.

Applicable taxes apply for stays of less than 6 months.


Q: What is the minimum required stay?
A: 30 days

Q: What is your check in and check out times?
A: Check in time is: 4 p.m. and Check out time is: 12 noon.

Q: Where are your apartments located?  
A: In the South Florida Area: Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Q: When should I notify you of my departure?
A: We require a 30 day notice.

Q: How do I make a Reservation?
A: Simply call our toll free number at 1.800.319.6199 or complete the information request form in our website and e-mail it to us. One of our friendly professionals will contact you within 24 hours.

Q: How do I pick up my keys?
A:

During the reservation process, it is important that you specify your time of arrival, so that we can make the proper key arrangements for you.

During normal business hours: Mon-Fri: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. all keys may be picked up at the leasing office. Weekends and After Hours: Please contact us directly to coordinate your key pick up arrangements, as procedures vary per community.


Q: How do I pay for my Reservation?
A:

After receiving your signed and completed agreement, we will proceed to charge your credit card 5 business days, prior to your arrival, for the first 30 days of stay. Subsequent monthly charges will be charged, until your departure.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and Discover as well as Company Checks.

Direct Billing is also available for Companies and Corporations, with established credit. If your Company is interested in becoming one of our Corporate Accounts, we will gladly send them our Credit Application for immediate processing. The process is very simple.


Q: Are pets allowed?
A:

Small pets are welcome in many of our communities. Pet fees and deposits may be required and vary by community.
